Before completing checkout, please confirm that your shipping information is complete, accurate, and up to date. Orders are prepared and shipped using the details submitted at checkout.

Wrong or incomplete address information
We are not responsible for orders affected by wrong, missing, or incomplete shipping details entered by the customer. In these situations, refunds cannot be issued.

Delivery confirmation and responsibility
Our responsibility is to ship your order to the address provided. Once the local postal service marks the package as delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We recommend choosing a secure delivery location whenever possible.

Holiday and peak-season delays
During holidays, sale periods, or other high-volume seasons, shipping carriers may experience delays. Delivery times may be extended during these periods.

Is it still possible to cancel my purchase?

If you would like to cancel or revise your order, please contact us at service@wanderluststudio.shop within 24 hours of placing your order.

Requests are usually reviewed and answered within 24 hours, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, it can no longer be canceled. If the package has already shipped, you may request a return after receiving the item, as long as it meets our return policy.

A 5% cancellation fee may apply to canceled orders. This fee helps cover non-refundable payment processing charges from credit card, debit card, or PayPal providers.

Please note: if you cancel within 24 hours for personal reasons, a small cancellation fee may still apply. This fee is not a profit for us; it reflects processing costs charged by payment providers even when a refund is issued.

Can my order be canceled after purchase?

If you need to update your order, please email us at service@wanderluststudio.shop within 24 hours after placing your order.

During this window, we may be able to help with changes such as color adjustments, size changes, customization requests, or other order details.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to make further changes.

What happens if an item goes out of stock?

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you by email. You may choose to wait for the item to restock, receive a full refund, or select a similar item of equal value as a replacement.

Shipping Information

Is international shipping available?

Yes, we ship worldwide. For standard shipping, please allow an average of 7–14 business days for delivery to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.

For other countries or regions, shipping may take approximately 12-25 business days.

Is express shipping available?

At this time, we do not offer express or expedited shipping.

However, we provide free standard shipping on all orders (except for order only of extension chain), with no minimum purchase required.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs processing, and seasonal demand.

When does my order ship?

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 business days after being placed.

Orders ship from Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated total delivery time is 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed, including processing time.

In rare cases, some items may be delayed due to local regulations, customs procedures, or other external factors outside our control.

Do you deliver to APO/FPO/PO Box addresses?

At this time, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

For PO Box deliveries, if your local post office only delivers to a PO Box, please enter both your physical street address and your PO Box at checkout. For example, you may add the PO Box in Address Line 2.

Providing both details helps the carrier route your package correctly and reduces the risk of delivery delays, failed delivery, or returns.

Delivery failure due to insufficient address information

If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect address information, please contact us at service@wanderluststudio.shop as soon as possible.

If the package is returned to us, we will contact you to confirm whether you would like the order to be reshipped.

Any additional reshipping fees will be the customer's responsibility. Refunds cannot be issued until the returned package has been received by us.

Returns and Refunds

Which orders qualify for a return?

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with all tags attached, and returned in the original packaging.

Once your return request is approved, the item should be shipped back within 7 days.

If the item is sent back after more than 7 days, we may still accept the return, but the refund will be issued as store credit instead of a refund to the original payment method.

Which items are not returnable?

The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that are still in transit; returns can only be requested after delivery
Damaged or defective items reported more than 7 days after delivery

Who is responsible for return shipping and fees?

A 5% handling fee per order will be deducted from the refund to help cover shipping, handling costs, and bank or payment processing charges.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is caused by our error, such as an incorrect item or a defective item.

For international returns, customers are responsible for arranging the return shipment and must clearly mark the package as "Returned Goods" to help avoid additional customs charges.

Product handling and tag removal

All jewelry pieces are carefully inspected and securely tagged before shipment.

When removing the product tag, please handle your jewelry gently. Avoid pulling, twisting, or applying force to delicate chains, clasps, or other small components.

Damage caused by external force, improper handling, or accidental pulling during tag removal is not considered a manufacturing defect and does not qualify for a return or refund.

When will my refund be issued?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping fees.
